Reportage and photo shoot along the New Maas
A wedding day in Rotterdam is often a challenge logistically, because the city is large and busy, but the transport can easily be arranged via the water taxis that sail to and fro. This can also be very handy during the photo shoot. For example, we got on the train near Willemsplein (the side of the World Museum), then went via Hotel New York to the SS Rotterdam. And we ended up back at the starting point. In an hour and a half we could make a diverse wedding reportage. Of course with a view of the Erasmus Bridge and the New Maas.
Other photogenic spots in Rotterdam are the Kralingse Bos, De Verolme Loods and the area around the Now and Wow, or the Maassilo. We recommend at least 1,5 to 2 hours for a photo shoot if you want to visit multiple locations. For example a mix between locations with nature and industrial locations. Of course shorter is also possible, we like to think along with you.

When the first look takes place in the middle of Rotterdam for example, we will travel with you. That way, all the moments you couldn’t see from each other can still be seen together, afterwards.
It is also useful to have two wedding photographers during the ceremony. One of us will photograph the moments you want to have on the photo, like the kiss, the exchange of the wedding rings and the signing of the deed. But the other person can focus on all the other things happening during these moments.

Maybe you already noticed it, but we want to capture your day as real as possible. You just let us know how you have arranged your day and we will take pictures of it. We’re not going to ask you to look into the camera all the time: just enjoy your day and we’ll make images of it. Because a wedding day is way too special to spend all your time with photos, right? So leave it to us. If we have any questions, we’ll consult with your master of ceremonies.

We strive to capture your wedding day with an eye for detail, for all the moments, big and small, that take place and of course with some nice overview images. We want you to look at your wedding photos, after a few weeks, and think: “Yes, that’s how it was! How nice that they captured those moments too,… we didn’t notice that at all. Relaxed photoshoot
Because we prepare as good as possible in the run-up to your wedding, we don’t have to stage anything during the day. That kiss was your real kiss, the exchange of the rings goes just as it should and the eventual photo shoot can be nice and relaxed. We meet via Skype or at our home to see what we can do for you in terms of photography. We are always fans of long wedding coverage, from start to finish, so be warned ;) Together with you we will create a great reportage of your day.

Because we love to photograph together, we capture your wedding day completely. Often we start with the preparations. One photographer starts at one location and another photographer at another. For example, we sometimes see Ramon starting at the barbershop, under Hotel New York. And I’ve started at Hotel New York myself, but “upstairs” in the bridal suite.
