What does a wedding look like at Vineyard Hof in Dieren. We’d love to show you! Because this is typically one of those wedding venues that we didn’t know yet. And how beautiful it was there! Ramon got to photograph this cozy wedding in the middle of summer.
The final wedding ceremony took place under some beautiful old trees. You can get married outside at Domein Hof te Dieren, so you can really say yes in the middle of nature. And when you’re also with an intimate group, it’s extra special.
This ceremony was far from standard. So not only did everything take place outside, but personal vows were said and there was a handfasting ceremony. The guests were allowed to tie a ribbon around the hands of the bride and groom as a symbol of their connection.
All those ribbons further then made into one big knot (tying the knot). So special! We experienced it once before during a Copper Wedding and it remains a beautiful moment.
After a toast, it was time for a short photo shoot at the beautiful estate. The guests stayed behind in the orchard to catch up with each other and celebrate that this was the day.

This wedding also had a fine wine tasting. The company was given a brief tour of the estate. This involved explaining how this Domain operates. A fun activity to do together like this.
Dinner included pizza! Of those delicious pizzas prepared on the spot. Because everything was so informal, the children were also able to run around nicely. In addition, there was time for some speeches. Ramon made an atmospheric impression of the dinner which was a nice ending to this fine day.
