Marcel and Pieter-Bas, two lovely men with a passion for a good glass of wine, delicious food ánd beautiful trees. And now let us love beautiful trees and nature too! So the fact that they decided to get married at Rhederoord did not surprise us at all. It is a special location located on a large estate surrounded by the most beautiful and exotic trees. With cows, tall grass and lots of greenery, but at the same time with a neatly landscaped garden, romantic wisteria and a stately mansion.
What made this day so special for us was the fact that the location and the entire day seemed to fit the men so perfectly; everything was personally arranged. For example, Pieter-Bas’s uncle was the speaker during the ceremony, the wedding cakes were specially designed and there was a welcome bill in the guests’ room. Also, during the wedding ceremony, outside in front of the mansion, there was a special poem about how trees are also friends and there were really a lot of children present. And to close there was an evening dinner, of course with delicious wines and in between a cheese course (which Pieter-Bas, like me, loves very much.). We even talked about delicious tallegio recipes during the photo shoot! All in all, a fantastic day with great weather, lovely people and a top-notch location.
