How could it be otherwise… the SS Rotterdam (Steamship Rotterdam) is the perfect setting for this wedding. Ramon got to photograph at this wedding not long ago, and he started at the groom’s arrival. By water cab he arrived and not much later he saw his bride, somewhere inside the SS Rotterdam.
Photo shoot for a nautical wedding
The photo shoot took place entirely on the SS Rotterdam. On the various decks, Ramon made use of all those fantastic lines this ship has.
One of the last photos of the photo shoot they took was in the engine room. How special is this environment? And how nice that this also fits their lives exactly!
The ceremony took place in one of the halls of SS Rotterdam. This ship has a rich history as well as lots of different rooms you can use. And so it was in one of these rooms that they said yes.
Dining on the SS Rotterdam
Ramon stayed until part way through dinner. He created an atmospheric impression of this moment, photographing some of the dishes, the atmosphere of the dining itself and he photographed some of the speeches.
All in all, a beautiful wedding with its own unique nautical theme. Beautiful how everything fits together so well and really suits the bride and groom!
